Welcome to 2nd Grade

Welcome to our class! Throughout this school year I hope to keep students and families informed on what we are doing in the classroom and bridge the gap between home and school. On our website you will find tabs for a "week at a glance" as well as a tab for our daily schedule and calendar. You can read about these sections in the descriptions below to gain an understanding of how they will be used in our classroom.

Under the "week at a glance" tab, you will find a schedule of the topics we will be covering in each subject throughout the week as well as a homework, test, and quiz schedule. If you are looking to review the material your child is learning in school, or check the dates when homework, tests or quizzes are given you can look under this tab. Weekly schedules will be updated every Sunday.

When looking under the schedule and calendar tab, you will find our classroom's daily schedule. Since the calendar is available on the main school website, this section will only include special event days for each month such as dress down days, spirit days, etc. This tab of our website will be updated monthly.

The announcements page will include flyers, permission slips, and schoolwide information. This page will be updated whenever I recieve any paperwork from the office.
