The HFS web site and new menu have been tested successfully with Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.0, 5.0, 5.5, and 6.0, Netscape 7.x, Mozilla 1.7, and Firefox 0.9.

If you are using an older version of Internet Explorer ("msie" version 5.0 or older as shown above, or click on Help/About Internet Explorer and it will show your version), please consider updating to the latest version.  Visit windowsupdate.microsoft.com and download any updates available for your version of Windows.  You may need to go to that site multiple times, until there are no more updates available for you.  Some updates can only be downloaded one at a time, so you need to go back multiple times until you get them all.

If you are using Internet Explorer, be sure you have not disabled Active Scripting.  In Internet Explorer, click on Tools/Internet Options, go to the Security tab, click on Custom Level, then scroll down to Active Scripting.  Choose the Enable option if it is currently disabled, and click OK, then OK again.  See if this solves your problem.

If you are using a web browser within AOL or Compuserve, try using your Internet Explorer icon instead (while connected to the Internet) and see if the HFS web site works properly.

If you do not wish to use Internet Explorer, go to www.mozilla.org and download and install the Firefox or Mozilla web browsers.
