myHFS - Introduction

myHFS is a feature of the Holy Family School web site that allows you to quickly see a list of web pages that have been updated during a certain time period.  You no longer have to check each page to see what's new and you'll be less likely to miss some important update on the web site.

You first need to register to use myHFS.  You create a login and a password, then select the teachers that are applicable to your child or children.  This is so you only need to see the appropriate teachers on your myHFS page.  (You will automatically see pages from School News, Family Envelope, etc.)

Then you log into your myHFS page using your login and password.  If you tell myHFS to "remember" you, you will only need to log in once on that computer.  This feature only works if you have not disabled "cookies" in your web browser.

On your first login, you'll see a list of web pages that have changed in the last 30 days.  On subsequent day's visits to your myHFS page, you will only see the pages that have changed since the last time you logged in.  But you can change the number of days to see older pages any time.  If you discover that you missed a teacher or want to remove a teacher from your myHFS page, click "Change Teacher Selection" at the top of the page.

To view one of the pages listed, simply click on the title of the page and it will take you there.  To get back to your myHFS page, click the Back to myHFS button on the page or click your browser's Back button.
