Holy Family School C.A.R.E.S. Program 2007/2008 School Year |
Holy Family School offers a C.A.R.E.S. (Children Are Receiving Extended Services) program for students in Full-day Kindergarten through Grade 6.
Before School C.A.R.E.S.
The Before School C.A.R.E.S. session begins at 7:00 a.m. in the school cafeteria. Before School C.A.R.E.S. fees are as follows:

| Two children | $180.00 per month | $90.00 per month |
After School C.A.R.E.S.
The After School C.A.R.E.S. session begins at dismissal and is available until 6:00 p.m. After School C.A.R.E.S. fees are as follows:

| One child | $235.00 per month | $170.00 per month |
| Two children | $360.00 per month | $255.00 per month |
The C.A.R.E.S. fees for the school year are based on the school calendar with
holidays, snow days, and in-service days taken into consideration. The fees have
been divided into nine monthly payments with the first payment due in September
and the final payment due in May.
All students must be registered in the C.A.R.E.S. program by completing the
necessary registration form (below) and paying the yearly registration fee of
$20.00. Because of acute demand for these services and limited space, it is
advisable to register early to avoid being placed on a waiting list. If your
child will be participating in this program for the upcoming school year, please
fill out the registration form and return it to school as soon as possible.
Registration Forms
Registration forms are available in two formats: Acrobat (PDF) and Microsoft Word. To use the Acrobat form, you must have the free Adobe Acrobat Reader on your PC. To get the Acrobat Reader, click here to go the Adobe web site, download it, and install it on your PC. To use the Microsoft Word form, you must have Microsoft Word on your PC or the free Microsoft Word Viewer. To get the Microsoft Word Viewer, click here to go to the Microsoft web site, download it, and install it on your PC.
Click on the format of your choice below to download the registration form, then print it, fill it out, and return it to Holy Family School.
